Precast concrete manufacture replaces wasteful site construction methods with efficient factory manufacture which minimises noise and air and waterborne emissions. Products such as prestressed hollowcore are very energy efficient as they contain the minimum amount of concrete and steel. All process water is recycled and recycling of concrete waste at our Mulgrave factory keeps waste away from landfill and reduces our demand on new resources.
