Hanson Precast prestressed bridge planks are made to RTA NSW specifications, but may be used in a variety of applications. They may have straight or skewed ends as required.
There is six standard sizes each 600 mm wide by 240, 300, 380, 455, 535, and 600 mm deep.
They have shear keys at the top edge and are used in conjunction with an insitu concrete topping acting compositely with the bridge planks.

Designed for use in short-span road bridges from 8 to 18 m.For secondary bridges and other applications, such as jetties, where there are lower loading requirements, planks may be used for longer spans.
